Payment

All prices are in USD. Payments can be made through PayPal. All major credit cards will be processed through PayPal, which is a safe and secure way of processing transactions online and free for customers.

Shipping

All purchases are shipped Priority Mail within 3 business days.  All jewelry will be shipped in a colorful gift box and sent in a bubble envelope. If your purchase is a gift, at your request, we will ship it  directly to the receiver and add a card with a message of your choice. Please go to the contact us page and email us about this at the time of purchase.

International Shoppers

Please note that any applicable duties and taxes required by your country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Custom Orders

We would be happy to create a custom design for you. If you have something specific in mind please contact us.

Custom orders are usually completed and shipped within one week. Bridal jewelry could take longer.

Gifts
Please let us know if your order is a gift. We will provide a handwritten note to the recipient along with the gift box. Please double check the recipient’s address—just to make sure that we're sending it to the right person.

Refunds and Exchanges

We hope that you will love our items, but if you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us by email immediately. We will make every effort to correct any problems. Our goal is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Returns of merchandise in it's original condition will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. There will be a 5% restocking fee deducted from your return credit. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.
